EEO-1 Portal To Open April 26, Deadline For Filing Will Be July 19, 2021

The Us Equal Employment Opportunity Commission finally announced the opening date for the collection of 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 data.EEO-1 reporting platform will open from April 26, 2021, until July 19, 2021. The EEOC is extending the data collection period this year from 10 weeks to 12 weeks. The extended reporting period is due to the fact that this year, employers will be filing two reports, one for 2019 and one for 2020.
