About 96 percent of Indian senior executives at the management level of their companies have reported that Indian workers are found to be highly engaging in their workforce when compared with the workers from other countries in Asia-Pacific. 

Although the concept of employee engagement is relatively new, the report by the Economist Intelligence Unit in partnership with Citrix, on overall staff engagement and work performance has shown a direct link to employee engagement and the organization's success.
